issuing new shares mean that the shares has a higher liquidity. It probably getting ready for new acqusition. every new shares issuance mean that the director is giving more company % to the open market for outsider to invest in the company and this would increase capital.

KUALA LUMPUR: Putrajaya will come out with the fourth industrial revolution (IR 4.0) and digital road map by mid-September, Communications and Multimedia Minister Saifuddin Abdullah said today.

He said this would outline phase two of the National Digital Infrastructure Plan (Jendela) action plan and prepare the nation for 5G technology.

Over the weekend, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin had said Jendela, under the 12th Malaysia Plan, aimed to pave the way for more comprehensive and high-quality broadbased service coverage across the nation.

Saifuddin said the road map would look at introducing 5G broadband coverage in an efficient and effective manner over the next two to three years.

He said this will benefit consumers without a significant increase in service costs and also allow industries to roll-out their respective solutions using 5G, among others.

“While we are focusing on optimising our 4G access, there is a need for 5G preparation. The government is serious about 5G and the digital trajectory of the nation,” he said in his keynote address at the Invest Malaysia 2020 – Virtual Series 3 here.

To date, 71 5G case demonstrations totalling RM131 million of industry investment have been carried out across Kedah, Pahang, Penang, Perak, Selangor, Terengganu and the Federal Territories.

Saifuddin said they looked at integrating 5G into agriculture, digital healthcare, education, entertainment, manufacturing and processing, oil and gas, smart cities, smart transportation and tourism.

He said the demonstrations would continue until Dec 31, and urged innovators, service providers and relevant stakeholders to take part.

“These projects focus on facilitating and cultivating the development of a holistic and inclusive 5G ecosystem.

“As various industries adopt 5G, it could positively influence other industries’ contribution rate to the GDP (gross domestic product), effectively allowing the country to produce and manufacture more high quality goods and services, and benefit the rakyat with improved earnings and affordability,” he said.

70M sell queue about 1 hour ago could have been deliberately put there by the sharks so they get to collect low. Please don't blindly believe all the buy/sell queues you see as they can be faked by people with intentions unbeknownst to us.

Here mostly cash upfront small budget retailer.

I repeat again. Xox is a MLM company disguise as a telco. They only rent on Celcom line and rebadge it to xox. Xox dont have infrastructure.
