（吉隆坡7日讯）依华建台（SENDAI，5205，主板建筑股）决定终止私下配售活动，但未披露原因。

该公司周二向交易所报备，已向麦格理银行发出终止通知，将于19日生效。

去年8月15日，依华建台建议私配最多7738万9900股或10%的股本，并与麦格理银行签署有条件股权认购协议。

假设配售价为每股98仙，该公司估计可筹获7580万令吉。

其中，7000万令吉将用于偿还短期贷款，480万令吉将用做营运资本，而剩余的100万令吉则为私配开销。

闭市时，依华建台以80.5仙挂收，起2仙或2.55%，成交量有145万2000股。

sendai next qtr earning est to be lower due to higher raw mat and weaken usd

i bought mid last year when 1.1 to 1.3 then sold for short profit then buy again later and when it start down had small cut loss

it has been 6 mnths down, too long bearish. waste time and capital

all the best to all..at this price better pick o&g and hold for 6 mnths, better reward.

rmmbr, investing is about picking good stock for certain period, using min capital but gives the highest possible return

just a sharing...

One of the Main Market listing requirements specifies at least 25% of a company's listed shares must be in the hands of public shareholders. Sendai is not in compliance with this requirement and henceforth, they must announce the status of its efforts to comply with the requirement for each quarter of its financial year simultaneously with the quarterly reports and in any event, not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year.

依华建台公布，截至去年12月杪末季净赚2981万令吉，上财年同期则净亏2亿1446万令吉，归功于各业务部门的营运表现有所改善。

末季营业额从3亿4879万令吉，劲升48.86%至5亿1922万令吉。

2017财年全年净利为8651万令吉，2016财年则净亏2亿7888万令吉；营业额从15亿8000万令吉，增15.67%至18亿3000万令吉。

中东地区为集团营业额贡献54.6%，大马和印度业务则分别占11.2%和14.5%。

该集团表示，核心业务钢架仍是净利的主要来源，占营业额的68.3%，而发电厂、土木工程和油气贡献余下的31.7%。

同时，该集团在中东攫取7项新合约，总值约2亿6170万令吉。另外，在卡塔尔和迪拜也分别获得3项和4项新项目。

截至3时40分，该股报86.5仙，扬5.5仙或6.79%，成交量有524万5100股。
