Why nobody post the latest Inari annual report 2016?
All information posted before had shown inside annual report and they practice their share option even lower price.
In the annual report, the offer price is RM3, 2.99, 2.39, 2.00, 1.60, 1.34 and even RM1.07.
Inari non stop increase the share capital and exercise the share option to these directors.
And these directors just sell out their share to market to get cash on hand.

Look on the share holding ratio, Malaysia EPF and KWAP are the one holding most of Inari share, and others are smaller share holders.

Annual report also show Inari business core is 45% on RFIC, 45% on Fiber Optic products.
Who are the one misleading others to say Fiber Optic products only 10%?

Inari had brought over another 2 company and rename as
1.) Inari Semiconductor Labs
2.) Inari Optical Technology
This 2 company are empty shell company, have not history background and just register this year.

Inari Integrated System just register a company name and ask Malaysia Government loan RM 100 miilion to them. Since 1st day until now, only 1 tester inside the company for Audit purpose.

New US President Donald Trump is CEO of Apple corporation.
He already instruct Apple employee work out to pull all Iphone factory included IC back to US.

There are going no more RFIC and Fiber Optic business, can Inari survive by the balance 10% business?

Inari share units history.
Year 2011 before IPO 241,608,600 at RM 0.10 = RM 24,160,860.
Year 2011 IPO price at RM 0.38
Year 2011 Inari add 248,608,600 to these directors at RM 0.25. Market ~ RM 0.30.
Year 2012 Inari repay debt by 5,000,000 share at RM 0.34.
Year 2013 Inari add 111,385,078 share to buy over Amertron Inc.
Year 2014 ESOS 1,457,500 units.
Year 2015 ESOS 4,986,300 units
Year 2016 Inari add 229,138,914 share.
Year 2016 Inari issue 189,361,624 share units to directors and top management.

Beside of these, there are no of share interest paid to these Directors every year.
Right now Inari is allowed to exercise 2,000,000,000 share units in open market.
And paid-up ordinary share capital just RM95,652,793 which is RM 0.047 per share unit.
