Insas is a typical example of value trap in Bursa. NTA is high and is earning money but the price is not going to move. Might be privatized instead if the major shareholders become cruel.

Haha if Inari just give out 2 cents dividend each quarter. Insas will received tax free dividend of 44.38 million per year.

This debate about Insas been undervalued going for a long time. Maybe one day uncle ding dong decides to take it private , slow slow wait.Dividend vs growth stock you decide .go back to history books . Right issue , give free warrant and make money from them then come expiry , below water. This type of business is like mosquito sucking blood . Insas only become severely undervalued due to appreciation of Inari value and not before that.

The controlling shareholder Dato' Sri Thong and PAC officially hold 32.96% just 0.04% short of the MGO threshold.

Dato' Sri Thong retired 2 year ago and now Insas is head by CEO Dato Wong and Executive Director Dato Dr. Tan.

The ongoing RI at RM 1.00 RPS (3.8 % dividend) with 3 free warrants is some assurance for Dato' Sri Thong to safeguard any hostile takeover.

The ESOS is a way the Board/Management telling Dato' Sri Thong that Board/Management is not part of Dato' Sri Thong PAC and it is about time now to unlock the value of Insas.

If Dato' Sri Thong wants to increase his Insas holding then he need to apply for MGO waiver.
1. Exercise of ESOS
2. Conversion of warrant
3. Share buyback.
