and cimb now diam diam only, they put presbhd as one of their top small cap picks.
later, in no time, they would just quietly removed it from the list, or even ceased covering the stock.
they had done it so many times already.
cimb has been helping bad companies stocks rally for big shareholders to unload their shares at high price. Interestingly, cimb never got punished by anything.
