We must differentiate between "good debt" and "bad debt" (source : RichDad PoorDad). Haha. The "debt" that Prestariang is securing for for "sure win" under the government contract (unless government bankrupt). We are lucky that Prestariang did not do cash call from investors.

Prestariang amd DNEX are almost quite identical in terms of its share direction. Prices keep going down even when we often hear news of the companies getting contracts. Clamoring for publicity and attention but can't make the company profitable.
