Probably the whole deal is not completed yet. As for off market transaction the announcement should be done once the deal is completed.

its a pretty no brainer for this counter.

First Bonus issue announced. flew.
Papers submitted to Bursa announced - fly a bit.
Next up is approval by Bursa --> sure fly
then EGM --> fly again.
Then approved by shareholders fly yet again.

if you read their information on their website, you will realize their immense potential of future earnings.
Big Industry Names. Education. O&G.

my min estimated target is 4.40 ex bonus issue, that is 2.20 & then min after then bonus price will move up to 3.40 . that is if you invest 3400 today your investment will worth 6800 in future .wow 100% return & that is my min target only. Thanks to the bonus issue. i will hold till the durians fall.
