But we see a lot of that as being behind us. We
want to focus on rebuilding the company," Abu
Hasan said.

This includes putting behind the ongoing legal
dispute with the government over the SKIN
termination. Prestariang won the 15-year instal
and operate contract in August 2017. It was
unilaterally terminated by the government last
December.

After failing to reach an agreement on the
compensation amount, the company took the
government to court to resolve the matter. It is
seeking some RM732.86 million in damages.

The group CEO said the court has fixed July 1,
2020 for the next hearing on the matter.

In the meantime, the company will focus on
transforming its operations to make it more
resilient. This will, however, take time. said Abu
Hasan. who is also Prnstariana's founder.

The company reported a net loss of RM21.27
million for the 18 months between Jan 1, 2018 and
June 30, 2019, on a revenue of RM367.32 million.
The amount is 10 times more than the RM2.2
million it recorded for the 12-month period ended
Dec 31, 2017 (FY17), when revenue came in at
RM141 .45 million.

Definitely looks like it will be going below 0.40, maybe down to 0.35, since Putrajaya is keen on taking it to going to trial over the dispute with Prestariang over the termination with a seal notice dated 21/11 to appeal against the High Court dismissal of the Goverment's application to convert the originating summons to a writ action. It might take awhile before the price recovers.

What will happen once in PN17 list...
I can give you the answer..Share price will drop below 0.10...Go to Google what is PN17...
If three years continually make lossess then it will be in PN17 list...
