This project is too expensive. New government may be clean and also control budget. May not continue this project. Even continue, will have large scale cost down.

The problem is that the project has already been awarded and the contract already signed just like the ECRL and MRT contracts. It is legally binded between two parties. If either one does not comply.....penalty has to be paid as stipulated in the contract.
