Why? Who ever GOM of the day..the baton pass to the GOM in power to settle the dispute.. no matter what.

CA is there and will not change ......but may be more added to the amount. Why? The comp loss if accrued income and op capital...... Plus interest more.

What ever it is..the GOM in power liability... Why wurries? The amount clearly stated $723 mil....++++ Interest and others compensation deemed fit and likely.... The longer the GOM..delay...the more accrued $ and ¢ plus other added liabilities.....

The dispute is clearly being delayed intentionally by the GOM with motif of course... But but end result liabilities of the GOM stays intact... No way GOM can dumped or sweep under the carpet.... Its the Law.......

This case initiated by presbhd and started Aprl 2019 after all avenues of outside nego failed...... Let the arbitration court decide. And all this time presbhd emerge the upper hand ..based on Agreement of contract and CA if any party default


The GOM clearly the defaulters... And admitted it.
Only the court to decide the quantum... And right now the GOM delaying tactics.... What u think to the precedent to the whole pic of our legislative standings.... Emmmmm

Fm legal aspects the most likely Presbhd on the upperhand and already won the case.
Now in dispute is the Quantum of the amount.
Most likely Presbhd will be awarded $723 mil plus plus for sure OR of similar quantum in other forms.....

Investors and fund managers view it as good news......
1. Presbhd does not have to call RI for capital injection which is bad for Presbhd share price.
2. They view it as 'A Project' is coming in and Presbhd needs working capital.
3. Why does the CEO want to subscribe and waste money for 79mil new shares if the company is worthless and has no future?
4. The CEO knows something BIG is coming to the company....thats why he is willing to take this risk.

To me this is good news. If the company had called for RI to get funding for working capital....the share price would have slumped down to probably 25c.
Investors and fund managers are relieved becoz rest assured the company is not going to call for RI.
I think thats one of the reasons why they are scrambling to buy the shares now.
