The statement 24/7/20 © 1246am... If digest and read line by line..in general presbh is telling of
a. Accumulating capital..for OE and OD.
b. Something big the compy is embarking... So stakeholders should applaud and cheers off.. trade off here and there are part of the Board and planners synergising the company stance to accomodate all the planned and strategic moves..for better ROI for compny as well as stakeholders..
c. Capital accumulating strategies and tactical bz moves can come in many forms deemed suitable and workable for max benefit for compny and stakeholders...
d.frm now to 21 Jan 2021... 6 months ..anything can happened and surely very positive i sure of that... Presbhd is the winner regards to the dispute.. No doubt...

Look at pharma and glove sector...the env dictates the uptrend or downtrend based on demand and supply theory.

Sector IT is hot and ever evolve for new tech and etc...to cater for the demand style of living and economic expansion... Its dynamic...opportunities for Presbhd in IT 4G. ..5G based capabilities are vast open..just need to push the rite button .emmmm

Yes ....nice closing indeed.
Next week will be very² interesting. Most likely Affin Hwang might want to increase their holding further. Imagine if the share price goes to 80c later and they get the chance to subscribe the RI at 20c. Wow....what a discount. For fund managers like them....long term surely pays.

Two days after proposing a private placement of 15% of its shares to its founder Dr Abu Hasan Ismail, Prestariang Bhd today announced another cash call. Together with the RM27.85 million injection agreed by Abu Hasan, Prestariang is aiming to raise a total of RM63.22 million through the two corporate exercises.
It is planning to raise a further RM35.37 million via a renounceable rights issue of ordinary shares with free detachable warrants. The rights issue will involve up to 176.84 million new shares at an issue price of 20 sen per rights share, on the basis of one rights share for every three Prestariang shares held. The rights issue will come with free detachable warrants, on the basis of one warrant for every one rights share subscribed.
