It a very clear cut industrial dispute and Presbhd for sure no doubt at all will excell... All appeal by GOM at high court carried lowest weight and were turned down by the Honourary Learned 3 Judges....what does this implicates? ......GOM must adhered to the CA unanimously or of equivalent quantum deemed acceptable by Presbhd Board...in order to safeguard us shareholders ....
