EPF make a good decision 2018 to exit

SE doing BZ but why dependable on others... sustenance to stand and benefit from ROI? claimed to be No2 global players etc etc..but reality depicts the other way.

PNB 2019 with 39.6% holding....billions RM involved till now nothing of beneficial to PNB or even PNB investors though it merely eats up 1% of PNB total value assets for stalemate 3 yrs ++++. Paper loss in billions.
PNB goodwill to SE..but 0 ROI...... instead stucked heavily into the mud...of nothing in return for investors PNB....Sifu like PNB at times miss calculated likely hidden hand magic wands manipulative acts.... why never learnt from this episode . Might as well, that amount of monies better off invested into many other good ROI of O&g listed companies are avail . look at the data of ROE...ROA ..ROC 5 years span.... even after injection fund 2019.......no significant betterment ..not looking good ..... reality. 1 yr span for restruct ...SOA time frame.. .etc .could it make it?

Simply usage of public funds unnecessarily and knowing the calculated risk of success below 49% is kamikaze and commit suicide. ...especially towards goodwill is wrongful act... The managements of the same too are responsible for fiduciary obligations and due diligent to the investors..

DONT be surprised if SAP report a "small profit" in coming Qr ( 29Jun ). As i am listening to politician
discussions, why save a Co that has NO Life or pulse.....
As Stockraider has pointed out correctly, in order to get Bankers to have a HairCut, SAP has to report Huge Losses.......However losses are in the form of Impairment Losses, not cash.
As i heard from Mahathir's maicai--some SAP oil Field and Gas field Leases are known to be most productive
in Malaysia Water. Sap Being bought by a "foreigner" in fire Sale is consider a political No-No.

But can I make 100% profit from 5sents to 10cents in One month "Goreng".....That is the whole Mega
profit Opportunity. People buy TopGlove at RM10 in Max Goreng and Get more than 100% profit when

Remember loh....just like palm plantations they are no virgin plantations bcos of ESG....thus new plantation is curtailed.....thus existing brownfield can enjoy the party unlike gloves loh!

Why Refinery Crack Spread at stubbornly high price leh ??

This is bcos of ESG mah! Investing in refinery require high capex in the billions mah!

Bcos of emphasis.....in ESG no one dares to invest in new refinery as they fear they could not recouped its capital, eventhough there is a shortage in capacity loh!

As a result they continue to run the refinery old junk to milk & accumulate as much profit they can get loh!

Despite President Biden urge the USA Refinery to increase capacity, the owner just give the President a very cool reception loh!

irony ...if SE is ok and everything ok..why saddled with debt... why? SE as EPCC as one of major niche in o&g should hve profiteering and + in profit NOT backward.... Looking back at the chart of its share price ..2014 was the peAK at RM4.50++... THEN START TO SLIDE sliding.... by 2018 it playing below $1.00... and continue to be under performed....early 2019 playing under 0.50 cent . even after pumped in billions 2019 ....keep on laden debt pilling snow balled ...compare to other O&g players which hve better sustenance and on its own feet passing the turmoil and wave of downturn oil prices. But SE.....gone case spiralling down never wake up till becoming zombie .. so excuses of pandemic, oil prices low 2017--18 etc does not hold the water............ now zombie begging for life ...whyyy? some naughty play of irresponsible mngmt or what or merely game or just SPV for oligarchs to ...dot dot dot
