Revenue: RM2.41b (up 11% from FY 2021).

PNB holds 48% of MayBank, if Banks liquidate SAP asset( 3-4billlion asset) belong to PNB. Sounds very
hilarious bcos what PNB does is Raiding Right pocket to fill Left pocket. I donT think this Debt fiasco can
ends in 2023, it is better SAP management Dig a very big Hole to get itself Out ( ie make more money
while Oil is still in Up cycle )

from what i learned from O&G contractors, SAP Old contracts( low margin) are weighing down SAP profit
margin but not generating big losses. It is lack of New Contracts that is making Fixed Expenses eating into
Profits. Management is actually forcing Old contracts off hands or re-negotiation new price ( dont know
can or not )

Rumour has it many contracts generate from Previous CEO are highly questionable ( kick-Out by PNB to
do clearer forensic analyses ) If many non-profitable projects are deleted from Books rather Forced to
Cancelled or go to Court, you would see a much, much leaner Books in coming months

The biggest loosing contract is with wing Farm Taiwan and ONGC India
Wing Farm terminated and in court now, ONGC 3 billion project completed soon start production in May....
