U see on rising days the volume is exceptionally higher, while on down days, no volume, means potential upside, many collect but when it's going down no one is selling. A few rounds more of this then it will shoot up like the other counters did

KUALA LUMPUR: Pestech International Bhdis set to launch the initial public offering (IPO) of its unit in Cambodia on Monday, July 27.

The company, in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, said the IPO for Pestech Cambodia Plc (PCL) has been approved by Securities & Exchange Commission of Cambodia.

The listing involved a public offering of 3.945 million new PCL shares at KHR3,120 each.

This company has too many hanky panky. Mass leaving of staff? Staff salary pay cut? Loss of project? Project on hold? Complain from clients? The ipo to raise fund? No dividend but annual report shows growth?
