Just to give u all some perspective about what to expect from this counter.

It won't be delisted because it won't be PN17 and it won't be privatized.

With its around RM15 billion annual revenue as a going concern it does not meet the requirement of PN17.

The PH government & Felda do not have the money to privatize it. In order to privatize it, they must take over FGV at its latest enterprise value of RM12.8 billion (i.e. the market capitalization of RM2.4 billion plus its net debt of RM10.4 billion).

The most likely thing FGV's management will do is to make cash call (rights issue) which they have indicated they will do in the near future.

Cos it is not realistic...share is forecast the future, not the past...airasia biz is growing with new routes, more passengers and awards from global agency...

Fgv current future is uncertainty, with white paper delay, court case, dropping palm oil price and high debt.

I saw someone buying fgv by considering the asset is more than liablities…
my opinion is … if the borrowing of fgv is too much, it will be able to pay the finance cost either..
plus the palm oil is at low price.
so many quarter to comes, it will generate loss …
worst scenario.it will restructure like mas...but don't hope the share price will recover. never.
the only hope now is to ask the sharks to goreng it. but I wonder sharks will provide exit point for you.
