Already showed us a very nice 3.8 sen profit this qtr

And better days ahead as Fgv selling it's coo above Rm3300 now

it's rubber also up due to huge demand for rubber gloves

plus it's saji consumer oil also capturing more than 30% of the market

S.Moktar is NOT a simple Business man. Lots of Support behind scene from his previous Business dealings. So .... FGV saga by SMoktar is not over. By reducing market expectations of "profits" ...FGV can be "SOLD" off at a 'LOW" price. ..... Interesting conspiracy or business strategy. Never under estimate SMoktar. ....... //??????

Tycoon Syed Moktar is a successful Malay entrepreneur

UM Land was recommended by Dr Neoh Soon Kean in his monthly digest around Rm1.00

It went up solidly but slowly

Then One Day Syed Moktar offered to take UM Land private at Rm3.00

So can trust Syed Moktar to give a fair deal

Taking private depends on the price offered

Not so generous was Mtd taking private Mtd infrar from 72 sen to 79 sen

Mtd infrar owns the monopoly gombak toll to Genting and Kuantan

Generous was a jcorp took kulim private from Rm2.50 to Rm4.10 up Rm1.60

Recently Kwantas offered an excellent privatisation offer from only 50 sen to Rm1.65

Now how much will Fgv be offered to be taken private?

Ipo price was Rm5.30

Hmmm?

Maybe Rm3.00 should be fair

Fantastic Races are going on between 2 Mabel Energy Battleships and 2 Mabel Bio Fuel Plantations. Yes, the Race between Fossil Fuel vs Bio Fuel

Today it's actually a tie between Fossil Fuel and Biofuel.

Armada Fossil Fuel leads the Checker 40 with TDM Bio Fuel Plantation trailing at 31 while FGV Bio Fuel still leads the Checker 200 race with Dayang Fossil Fuel Battleship trailing at RM 1.26 all thanks to the great contribution of RM 400 million from Mabel Glove Fantastic Four to Felda which benefits FGV.

So it's a square today between Fossil and Bio.

Mabel will continue to monitor these two races with passion..

4 major gloves contribute to Fgv in 2 ways

1. Govt tax 4 gloves Rm400 mil and gave Feida exactly Rm400 millions free money

2. 4 glove gone into overproduction due to very high demand now use lots of rubber latex from Fgv

So Apart from roaring demand for palm oil Felda got a second engine from it's rubber plantations

3rd might even be better as Fgv now control 68 mills and all palm fruit from Felda will be processed

and best yet to come is number 4
Fgv captured 30 over percent of downstream consumer market thru it's Saji brand palm oil

and 5th is the golden windfall from Fgv lands with book value less than Rm3200 per acre

It should be NS Highway (typo error)

The North South Plus Highway that runs from Padang Besar at Thai border to Johor unlocked the land value of Felda

Years ago before Fgv signed 99 years land lease with Felda some Felda Settlers in Labu, Negeri Sembilan sold their lands and became instant millionaires. I think that was after 1994.

I remembered driving down Kl to Seremban in early 1980s when the New KL - Seremban Plus Highway Stretch was ready.

Those are felda instant millionaires did not have financial education and many lost their fortune and became poor later although some did well

Few years later Plus Highway reached Pagoh

I drove to Pagoh, then exit to Melaka, Muar then from there drove thru kampung roads back to Spore

Finally one day I drove all the way to Tuas side when NS Highway reached the very end of West Malaysia land mass

So many more years have passed and all these Felda lands worth much much more
