Call Warrant是一种金融衍生品，其实就是和庄家对赌。你赌股价会起，庄家赌股价不会起。你或许会觉得奇怪，如果觉得股价起，那么直接买股票就好了，为什么要买call warrant。因为call warrant 经过杠杆化，可以将利益变大，股价每起1%，call warrant可以起超过5%（视其杆杠而定）。但是为了这个杆杠，你需要冒很大的风险。


1 溢价风险

通常warrant目前的价格是高过于到期时转换之后的价格。比如：Gtronic-CA 目前价格是RM 0.08。Gtronic股价是RM4.50. Exercise Price是RM4.90。Ratio是5：1。也就是说如果你现在买进，你要等到Gtronic股价上涨到RM5.30你才不亏。在Exercise Date到来时，股价在RM5.30之下你都是亏本的。


2 时间风险

通常Call Warrant的期限较短，一年之内。也就是说，时间是你的敌人。你买股票，股价不动你可以等。但是你买Call Warrant，股价不动，它的价格会随着时间的流失而不断下跌。（溢价关系）


3 流动性风险

Call Warrant的流动性很差，至少在大马情况是如此。可以很多天下来完全没有交易。尤其在股价忽然大跌时，连买盘都没有。买股票，不管公司发生什么事，股价会大跌，但是至少你还卖得出。买Call Warrant，公司或市场发生什么事，你想卖都卖不出。尤其是价钱还低过Exercise Price。那时想亏本卖，也卖不出。


4 替代风险

如果Call Warrant发出后，母股股价跌，银行再发新的Call Warrant。新的Call Warrant的Exercise Price就会更低（以当时的母股股价而定），Exercise Date也更久，那么新的Call Warrant就会变得比旧的Call Warrant更具有吸引力，使到旧的Call Warrant需求减少。


5 一无所有风险

这个是Call Warrant最大的风险。每个Call Warrant都有自己的Exercise Price。如果到期时，母股的价格在Exercise Price以下，Call Warrant就会变成一张废纸。你这笔投资就等于100%loss。

6 庄家抛售风险


和庄家对赌，就要冒庄家使手段风险。尤其是在要到期时，股价刚好接近Exercise Price。假设Exercise Price是RM4.90。
到期当天股价在RM5.00,你觉得庄家会不会乘机打压到RM4.90呢？RM5.00要赔钱，RM4.90不需要给任何钱。

当时尽管有这么多风险，在一定的时候，Warrant可以发挥最大的效果。。比如恐慌时。在上个月的股价大跌，因为上述种种风险的缘故，恐惧变得更大。Warrant曾经一度掉到RM0.03。并在短时间内上到RM0.09以上，几个星期内翻了三倍。这个就是获利的代价。

Best buy is Fgv mother at Rm1.19 now with a yield of 11 sen.

This is 8.4 sen yield.

With brent oil up over Usd50 Fgv and all plantation stocks got another booster

So now we got 4 boosters for Fgv

1. Cpo up because soybean oil up. Usd soyoil over Usd39 excellent

2. Rubber up due to glove demand
