PASUKGB bentuk konsortium, kuasai sektor tenaga

Pasukhas Group Bhd (KLSE:PASUKGB) menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) dengan Perbadanan Ketua Menteri Melaka (CMI) dan Porto Three Sixty Sdn Bhd.

MoU itu berkenaan dengan pembentukan konsortium melibatkan ketiga-tiga entiti.

Peratusan saham pemilikan konsortium :
80% = Pasukhas Group Bhd dan Porto Three Sixty Sdn Bhd
20% = Perbadanan Ketua Menteri Melaka

Modal awal yang telah dipersetujui oleh ketiga-tiga pihak bagi konsortium itu ialah RM 500,000.

Pembentukan konsortium untuk memudahkan proses pembidaan bagi projek melibatkan penukaran sisa pepejal kepada tenaga di Sungai Udang, Melaka.

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares in Pasukhas Group Bhd (0.115 -0.005) climbed in early trade Friday after securing a building and external work contract worth RM77mil.

The counter rose 0.5 sen, or 4.35 to 12 sen with over three million shares traded. Pasukhas-WA rose 33.33%, or 0.5 sen to two sen with over nine million shares done.
