I knew reit pays good div. But you cant assume all of them ll pay high dv right? Unless they hv dv policy. Otherwisr its pointless to say so.

DROP is cause by a PROFIT TAKING...
Because before ex-date the share price of KASSETS is at around RM9 then adjusted to RM2.something plus 524igbreit shares if sold at RM1.38=(YOU COUNT YOUSELF)+RM277(100SHARES)=AROUND RM1K thus you untung around RM100 if you sell it now...
But for REITs its a LONG/MID term portfolio and dividen is it main purpose for ppl to buy it..

It is true thats WASEONG collect IGBREIT shares amounting 400Million shares through Robert Tan Sun what aa i forget the full name...
Plus last monday more than 3OOMillion shares traded off market at prices of RM1.25...
hurmm....probably something(i think dividen announcement is on the way)..

Try looking at IGB too...... this counter has seen EPF selling but the company kept buying back its shares..... and yesterday, within the last hour of trade, the buying shot up from 2.42 to 2.49 ....... seems like something GREAT is coming....
