Unlike XDL also entitle free warrant and bi=onus share, but shareholder need to come out with cash to subscribe right share first, CAP shareholder afford to do nothing but entitle both cash dividend and bonus warrant. XDL share already moving, CAP with more goodies should follow soon :D)

一般新发行的公司凭单登场价格都会在母股的1/3到1/2左右，哪怕转换价未明朗的情况下也是如此。（当然，只适用于profit making的公司，而公司越赚钱，展望越好，发行的公司warrant会越接近母股价格的一半，不排除会超出母股一半的可能。）
So assuming CAP @39sen, warrant should fetch 13-19.5sen?

The determinant is whether warrant is in money or not, which depend on warrant conversion price and underlying market price. In CAP case, warrant is exercisable at 35sen and underlying open market price is 38.5sen, which mean, warrant is in money immediately once listing, at 3.5sen/warrant. Of course, newly warrant should trade premium at least 30%, implying warrant should trade at 15sen

premium = [(warrant price + exercise price) -underlying price]/underlying price

I do share many concern over China base company about their too good to be true financial result. However, if company indeed make promise to payout 20% net profit as dividend and materialize it in stage, as shareholder, i will prefer to opt for long term investor and keep on receive cash dividend + freebie bonus warrant. Below is the search result from Baidu, china base web search to at least show CAP indeed exit and operate in China.
