CAP major shareholder just announce it have disposed warrant as much as 8.78% (sold at 8.26sen) and 3.33% (sold at 8sen), reducing its warrant stake from 54.4% to 42.3%......earn easy money out of its free warrant entitlement....bad sign...

Based on CAP major and larger shareholder act of disposing newly listing warrant, cutting now its warrant stake from 54.4% to 42.3%. It imply that if all warrant is exercise after 3year, the major shareholder will dilute it effective stake in CAP from 54.4% to 50.4% [(54.4% CAP + 42.3% warrant/2)]/1.5 = 50.4%

Advice to wait for further detail to observe whether these largest shareholder continue to dispose warrant in next few days, as it is crucial if further selldown of its warrant stake will resultant its fully diluted effective stake to below 50% mark....

　可是當上市公司大股東在新派發的免費憑單開始交易不久后，即大量沽貨，投資者就應該謹慎看待大股東那么快就要賣出憑單的動向。

　如果大股東在憑單上市不久后就大量賣出，其原因應該只有3種。

　第1就是大股東看淡公司股價表現，賣出憑單：第2就是大股東覺得憑單估價高，想高賣低買。

可跟風買賣

　第3就是大股東把憑單賣給策略性投資者或炒家。我們從大馬股票交易所網站可獲得大股東買賣公司證券的訊息。

　如果大股東只是想做一些短期交易，或是把憑單賣給特定投資者，那投資者也可抓緊時機跟風買賣。

　可是若大股東是因對股價表現沒信心出售憑單的話，買進憑單的朋友可就要特別小心，以免陷入嚴重虧損的狀況。

　最近上市的中國汽車零件（CAP，5229，主板工業產品股）憑單中國汽車零-WA就是一項投資者應該保持謹慎的憑單。該公司大股東在中國汽車零-WA上市幾天后，便大量沽出公司憑單。

　根據最新通告，該大股東至今總共賣了3630萬單位憑單，佔了該憑單總發行量的12%。

　我們可以從2011年上市的富美資源（FRB，9008，主要板科技股）憑單吸取一些經驗。

　富美資源-WA在2011年4月26日首日上市創下30.5仙的高價。

　不過大股東和董事們卻趁憑單新上市價高的時候大量沽出手中憑單，使富美資源-WA的價錢之后一直下跌，並在去年一度跌至4.5仙的低點。

　不過，該公司后來在聯號公司和合股價大起的刺激下，從低點大幅度上升，公司董事也從兩年前的賣家轉變成買家。

　就算日后憑單可以大升，投資者應該不要買進大股東在憑單上市不久后便沽出的憑單。尤其是那些期限不會太長的憑單。
