As said before, the bonus share have yet to credit into your trading account, it only will credit on 17/9, but you can ask your remiser to check your CDS account and sell ahead (Remark: sell ahead is legal and allow by Bursa and you can refer to CAP bursa announcement http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed-companies/company-announcements/4863133)

Reason to sell ahead is to profiting ahead of upcoming huge bonus share 'official listing' on 17/9, which may cause share overhang......but of course, if you confident CAP will surge even after bonus listing, you are free to trade based on own discretion decision .

Bonus share will be ready on 18 September


On behalf of the Board of Directors of CAP, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that:-



(i) 550,225,705 Bonus Shares were issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue; and



(ii) 259,774,288 Additional Warrants were issued consequential to the Bonus Issue.



The Bonus Issue will be completed with the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 September 2015.

consequential meaning as a result of

mother share got bonus of 9 shares for each 10 shares, so does warrant, to be fair.

warrant got bonus of 9 warrants for each 10 warrants.

So by the time warrants expired and exercised, mother shares will be further diluted.

Normally if bonus shares are issued when the company has confident to do better in future.
