After Sona announce QA , focus might go to Cliq . Because it is the only one left with no QA and still below 0.675 +int (very safe bet )some Sona shareholder might switch to Cliq especially who sold & made money today .

Sona ipo too big and very dilute.... Need a lot of big shark to push it meanwhile cliq ipo small.... Small push, price impact is big... But down oso fast.... Fast gain... Cliq is good

Ziyadlie u r right. Sona long term is good. Once uplifted fr spac. Sona mgmt will hv many ways to do wonder. To uplift fr spac is the utmost task to do, otherwise time & fund will be the issues forever .

QA cool, right? however what needs to take into account is how much producible reserves left and most important how much you pay to extract one barrel of oil. in which state are the current infrastructure? if you need to drill or work over all the current wells ans surface facilities after one year that will impact your profitability...

I would say they won't get anything in another one year, maybe even after the expiry of 3 years timeline, given their working attitutde.

Anyway, got QA or not, they will retire with our hard earned money with a whopping RM 84 mil (because their cost of investment is only 1 sen while the guarantee refund sum is RM 0.675) x 20% of their stake in Cliq

It is time to change the rules for Spac company.

bottom line is price. If the asset is good, but price expensive, also no point.
hard to get good asset at good price these days due to QE inflation.

Just less than 2 yrs (left 22months ) if you buy now 0.645, in case no QA ,still get about 7% return each year . So downside is very limited. Upside is depends on when and how is the QA turn out...if not greedy ,gain 10% shouldnt be any problem . So dont worry ,just hold it. now Cliq is the only spac counter for coming any speculation news...
