The director told me got 90 million barrel oil and the cost is around 20 usd

Posted by oracle_of_delphi > 2015-09-03 23:50 | Report Abuse

Actually its was like this:

19 mmbl extra if calculate using 25% - 35% recovery rate (thats the average historical recovery rate for oilfields in that area. Cliq used 20.7% to calculate 39mmbl)
70 mmbl possible extra (3p) if they dig deeper than 1000m
90 mmbl if they participate in oilfields adjacent to the cliq oilfields (which are nearing their end of contracts.

I think that the company can only really count on that 19mmbl extra and maybe a portion of that 70 mmbl as well. That other 90 mmbl sounds like a long shot.

there are so many "if" but one thing for certain is they can't even confirm a single shit.

Well, KBA did confirm that there is around 72 to 73 sens per share currently sitting in the trust account right now during the Q&A. If anything, the share right now is currently undervalued.

when SC make decision?

Posted by gudanggaram > 2015-09-09 15:10 | Report Abuse

when is the 3 years period end?

Posted by verbatin1969 > 2015-09-10 11:52 | Report Abuse

can i said no QA and get our money back is better? how would getting QA approved led to the increase in share price? given current low oil price, it might not lead to a higher price. No?

Posted by verbatin1969 > 2015-09-10 11:52 | Report Abuse

rohank71, how do you get 30% (annualised)?

I think 30% return is excessive. I think a 20% annualized make more sense. The way to do it, is to calculate the return of the cash value over current price. Then square root to the number of months before maturity. Then take the figure root to the power of 12. Then you will get answer 19.78%,

That is why SPAC is that attractive for those that understand and most importantly patient enough.

Posted by yamatotrading > 2015-09-11 20:15 | Report Abuse

my simple calculation is 0.675 x 3.15% x 3.15% x 3.15% = 0.740 - 75% (0.740-0.675) = 0.723 during maturity on April 2016.

buy now @ 0.665 and you will get absolute return about 8.7%.

Confirm can get 8.7% if buy @ 0.665?

Posted by verbatin1969 > 2015-09-17 12:56 | Report Abuse

Icezz, that is why earlier i ask this question

"how would getting QA approved led to the increase in share price? given current low oil price, it might not lead to a higher price when the SA is approved. No?

Why this stable company the price remain only?

Posted by yamatotrading > 2015-09-17 23:16 | Report Abuse

QA approve, anytime go vote against it. you get refund about 0.710.
no QA, wait until Apr 2016, you get refund about 0.723.

For warrant, QA approve, immediately got value.
no QA, prepare to die.

I think they will try to support it for two reasons
1. They need to buy the shares and convince the dissent shareholders to vote for the QA
2. To push up the price for the rights issue price
