sharemania The Dato BATUMALAI disposed total of 157k shares from April to DEC 2019. And the MD Ho Kong Soon disposed 1.9845mil of shares in 30 Apr, 3mils share in 30 June and another 3mil in 24 July. Something fishy to me. Mr. Ho being the MD is now currently only holding 0.4%shares of the company that he is taking care of. What do you think?

@RainT because Matrix is developing Seremban Township and involved into Construction, Education, Hospitality and Medical~ just like what Sunway group doing.

This is one of those companies which knows how to run its businesses. Undeniably the pandemic is going to hit every sector. Difficult times call for opportunity to look at stocks with proven track record and collect them while prices are still attractive. It is just a matter of time before market recovers and when it does, stocks like Matrix will prove themselves again.

Whether or not penjana benefits this counter is immaterial - it has enough projects under its belt to worry about french fries like that. It may not be a big name in Klang Valley but in Negri, it is well respected. with 6% dividends every year, without fail, what more would you want to ask for? Too bad foreign investment houses did not see this company as a worthwhile pitch

As expected, this counter has moved and up it is although volume is almost unimpressive. It means two things - discerning buyers are moving in for security, seller not willing to part with lower prices, and dividends coming again.
