Bear in mind, every oct the budget will announce, so do u think June to sep can compare with oct to dec, if gov announce plan to stimulas the property market? Can u compare oct to dec 2019 to jan- Mar 2020, for the duty exempt plan which will end in 2019 dec?
U see how many waiting to sell, 1m plus ah, if like that previously hold for what reason? Now the dividend is to be issue, they don't want to pulak, isn't it ridiculous.
stay there from....the company also issue private placement...may dilute the EPS and dividend per share.....of course long term no problem.....short term trader better don't try
Final batch 3 cts div for CY19 was just announced. It is lower than those of last year(CY18) at 13.5 cts. Investing in Matrix is for its attractive div yield. Lower div causes "beh syiok". Those Chinese schools which depend on div from matrix to fund daily expense is affected. Hope the boss takes this into consideration.

RHB Investment Bank Bhd has maintained its “Buy” rating on Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd at RM1.90 with an unchanged target price of RM2.20 and said the developer’s 2QFY20 results were in line, and it should be on track to hit its RM1.3 billion sales target for FY20 – as 1H sales have already reached RM666 million.
Honestly I bot in Matrix 5+ years ago at about this price. Including all dividend received my total return is 24 % excluding free warrant received in 2015. Bear in mind that the current market is still in bear mood especially for property counter as Matrix. If you enter at the current price and hold it till the up cycle of property market, you will definitely enjoy much higher return. Most importantly, investing in Matrix, we can enjoy consistent high div yield and not too volatile share price.
@bsngpg total agreed with you. This is comfortable to enjoy attractive dividends for long term despite share price does not move much. As an investor, we must know what is the main reason we want to invest Matrix and what is own objective.
In stock market with this kind of mid range stock, every year earn 6percent dividend, it's ready worth it? This not include the shareholder who buy at 2 rinngit and above. Your money return must at least10percent if u invest in stock market, because it's a risk investment.
If a year earlier one buy at rm2, roughly 5percent lose. Let say u earn 6percent dividend, means earn 1percent, but what about inflation? That means u are invest for nothing in the last year, why don't u just put in bank at least it's a risk free one. if
