see the remark section, u can anytime convert your warrant at $1 to mother share. if u have gotten free warrant, the mother share you converted is essentially $1 only. do u think puncak will ever go back to $1 under normal circumstances?

Ooi's calculation can be accepted,but i would like to add further.
puncak-wb still 5 years life span so a premium of 30% also can be ok
(all depend on company's potential growth)
worst scenario on mother drop to 2.20(unlikely) warrant price on 30% premium is RM1.86, 20% premium is RM1.64
Normal or good scenario if mother go to 2.90(very likely) warrant price on 30% premium is RM2.77, 20% premium is RM2.48 !!!
Base on current political situation downside for Puncak is minimal, even the boss Rozali dare not sell because if block shares come out Sgor govn will makan !!!Rozali is worried to loose control, he issued the warrant is to dilute the state gov shares.This warrant is different from APFT,Cliq,Gbgaqrs or sona which issue to make money !!! Is a matter of time the warrant will be less n less in open market,you know what i mean !! I dont think Khalid will let go Puncak,he promised selangor rakyat that how also he will take over puncak and give all us free water forever!!!Actually the offer to Puncak is very good price but he dare not let go because too many untold thing inside the company.

today wb is almost reach what i predicted of 2.48, i advice sell all n take profit.
put the money in bornoil and csl !!!
Bornoil is about to break out this few day and csl force selling (T7 n T10) are fading off gradually and i doubt they will try again as their margin facility are serious damaged !!
