ask a stupid question, once the rights exercise and the share price adjusted, for those who holding existing shares, when price adjusted, what will happen to them? example, if bought at 0.32. price adjusted to 0.25, what happen to the difference 0.07 to the existing shares? will they rewarded for additional shares to cover the difference? or get the refund for the difference? O&G stocks are quite bullish at the moment. I am of the opinion that this stock would not be under selling pressure as bulk of the shares owned by the reputable institutions

This counter seems still under pressure. Most O&G counter like ALAM ,CARIMIN ,KNM ,SUMATEC have already improve .but UMWOG seems bleeding still..

You cant possibly make money fr this or. Obviously the institution are selling their or.
They will hv to take up the rights anyway as promised. So the or paper is as good as toilet paper to them. Might as well sell it at any price.
You might make money by taking up the rights but its a very long shot. Just imagine the number of scripts after the rights.
Since the mother is only 1 to 2 sen away , might as well bet on the mother. At least during the period between ex or and before the new shares hit the market, they may goreng up the mother to encourage people to take up the rights. Or better still go in immediately after ex so that the price would be adjusted lower. Easier to goreng when scripts are less.
Once the rights shares are traded , everyone wd be queing to sell.

Agreed with brain.If you subscribe right & you only get 0.25warrant.Say if warrant price is 0.06,your cost will be 0.29.But there will be extra 6 billion share in the marketl once the rights is traded.The price may push down below 0.29.They want you to finance their company without paying any interest.If so good,why so many people willing to sell OR at 0.005.
