SIBUK, that's the problem. Condom market is so heavily diluted and jam pack with competitors. Yet Karex wanna jump into mass production automation and OBM without a strong strategy. Please la! latex smell edi so bad, put in durian somemore. Durian is a very specific market. although studded design did do well in other country doesn't mean adding an exotic durian scent can make it a hit! not everybody likes durian smell ok! Burning also same. IMO the sign to rebound is when Karex change CEO... or may be suddenly god allah buddha siva grant some intelligent to him. Captain very important. Most sifu only look at technicals la. For sure technical said Karex will up coz it gone down so much la. But there are fundamentals not right. Mainly due to bad leadership, bad decision and bad market. If want good funda, look at YTL. After the 1st gen died, ppl fear drove sp down. But my DD show Francis is still a capable humble aggressive 2nd gen. Not like MkGoh, totally arrogant brainless aggressive 3rd gen. Again, just my pov. Don't trust strangers online ok! For MkGoh, he pretty confident tht this is his company growing process. Automation, OBM, limited editions, fancy packagings, high market...
But i see everything wrong in his approach. Not saying expanssion not good. But it is not the right way to expand. Bad OBM, failed limited edition products, pakaging that failed the marketing golden rule, not kinky enough for higher end market... and not dare to diversify, too focus in a single product.
I gave enough free biz advice for free edi.
