As per the Strategic Collaboration Agreement between Sinopharm and TMSB dated 28 April 2020, each party shall comply to the requirements of each country.

If China got Glove order, he supply Ruberrex to CHina,.

If Sinopharm success vaccine, Supply to Malaysia.

vaccine from cansino approved for limited use as specially needed drug, although still in phase 3 trial, different from the vaccine from sinopharm

According to DG and PM, Malaysia is eyeing to be the vaccine distribution hub for South East Asia, Titijaya will be the best candidate as Titijaya has the proper agreement (NOT MOU) with Sinopharm to develop business in the marketing and sales, trading and supply of medical and hospital equipment and products and medical industry related real estate....

The key words are “develop business in the marketing and sales, trading and supply of medical and hospital equipment and PRODUCTS and MEDICAL INDUSTRY RELATED REAL ESTATE.”

Don’t forget Titijaya’s partner is SINOPHARM, mega size state-owned pharma from China. Do you think Titijaya is interested to sell Sinopharm produced Panadol or medicine for Diarrhea in Malaysia? Hahaha

The answer is clear, we believe what Titijaya is interested in is Sinopharm Covid19 VACCINE, which is already in phase 3 and being tested at final stage in China, Middle East, Brazil, etc. But the key word ‘Covid19 Vaccine’ cannot be included in the agreement because the vaccine has not been final approved as we speak. Final approval will come matter of time.

Currently Titijaya work closely with 3 China Mega Company

CREC - who currently is the main con for 3rdnveneu project in Jalan Ampang ( Behind Gleneagles Hospital )

If Sinopharm wanted to build the medical related product hub ( one of it is Vaccine ?). Most probably CREC or Sinomach will be appointed as main con.

Sinopharm & CREC can work closely ( i guess ) coz both should not have any communication problems in term of language and culture. Since both are China company

May be this is the main reason Sinopharm work with Titijaya coz he had many land bank ( in Klang ? ) and work with CREC currently for 2 project ( KL & Sabah )

I think now operator try to narrow the trading range of Titijaya so that short term weak players don’t come here to make one two cents profit trading

If too many short term punters then Titijaya will become heavy

Hence my advice is buy and hold until above RM3.00 which is possible once vaccine is approved

Titijaya sure will fly, just matter of time. Now we just buy and hold and wait for the vaccines approval.

Likely very soon as what you hear from Sinopharm chairman and also our government intention to bring in the vaccines as soon as it receives green light from the authority.

Titijaya is the hidden vaccine GEM and it’s the only Real beneficiary with proper agreement.

Vaccine is yet to be approved. How to include something which is not approved into a Formal Agreement? Unless go for MOU.

Once the vaccines are approved, which is just matter of time, Titijaya will have limit up sessions again.

There is no reason for owner to block coz it’s unwise to block with current strong fund inflow into vaccine play

If owner block then they may risk losing control once more big boys coming

Anyhow, this is a small cap company hence unlikely owner wants to risk losing control
