Revenue is almost similar to the cost of sales due to significant portion of MCO period. Hence, moving forward the revenue should be higher than the cost of sales and profitability is in sight.

Expected result. Bursa punters don't bother about results. Profitable counter are most going downhill . Lost making pennies stock are over taking many good profitable and good cap counters. Hard to judge. We have to invest base on our own faith.

Due to covid19 crisis, it’s within expectations for Titijaya to report quarterly loss like most of the listed companies out there. That’s the reason why Titijaya price has not been moving much for the past week. Operators wanted to use that opportunity to squeeze out weak holders too.

But now, property market is staging strong rebound as number of loan applications and approvals have improved across the board. With BNM cutting rates further, Titijaya property business should report millions of profit again in upcoming quarters.

More importantly, Titijaya is expanding into Healthcare sector. With the new Sinopharm partnership, earnings will be much much better too!

Not to forget, Titijaya could be getting the vaccine from Sinopharm too once the vaccine are final approved. This will definitely be the game changer!

I believe many smart investors out there are going to load more or reload Titijaya shares from next week onwards! Don’t be surprised to see limit up sessions again soon!!!

CNBG, which has two vaccine candidates in phase 3 clinical trials, did not say which of its vaccines had been cleared for emergency use.

China has been giving experimental coronavirus vaccines to high-risk groups since July, and a health official told state media in an interview aired last week that authorities could consider modestly expanding the emergency use programme to try to prevent possible outbreaks during the autumn and winter.

State media Xinhua reported late on Friday that two vaccine candidates were approved in June for the emergency use program launched in July, without identifying the specific products.

Officially, China has given little details on which vaccine candidates have been given to high-risk people under the emergency use programme and how many people have been vaccinated.

In June, prior to the emergency use programme, employees at state firms travelling overseas were allowed to take one of the two vaccines being developed by CNBG, state media Global Times reported. China's military had also approved the use of CanSino Biologics' vaccine candidate.

Seven vaccines against the coronavirus are in final trial stages around the world, and four of them are from China.

But no vaccine has yet passed the final stage of trials proving it is safe and effective — conditions usually required to be met to get regulatory approval for mass use. Covid-19 has killed over 800,000 people worldwide.

CanSino Biologics’ vaccine, approved for military use in China, is a modified form of adenovirus type 5, or Ad5. The company is in talks to get emergency approval in several countries before completing large-scale trials, the Wall Street Journal reported last week.

A vaccine developed by Moscow’s Gamaleya Institute, approved in Russia earlier this month despite limited testing, is based on Ad5 and a second less common adenovirus.

“The Ad5 concerns me just because a lot of people have immunity,” said Anna Durbin, a vaccine researcher at Johns Hopkins University. “I’m not sure what their strategy is ... maybe it won’t have 70% efficacy. It might have 40% efficacy, and that’s better than nothing, until something else comes along.”

Good to see Titijaya gets good buying support near 0.50 despite reported loss in quarterly earning.

After consolidating between 0.50 - 0.55, we are ready to rebound towards 0.60 - 0.70 zone very soon.

Remember don’t contra on Titijaya, just buy and hold until Sinopharm vaccines get final approval. Sinopharm chairman stated its vaccine will be ready by Dec, which is just 3 months away.

Now is best time to collect Titijaya at such low prices, Titijaya will be worth much much higher once more clarity is made, which could be in the near future.
