Kanger is still in progressing state in its current business, which are a bamboo flooring and related products, and Kanger also in its plan to venture in other business activities.

1. The company already involved in the construction services.

2. In a process to acquire property for investment.

3. In a final process to acquire a company which involved in a construction material trading.

4. And of course a BONUS plan by the company to be involved in the Covid-19 vaccine business. Kanger is on the last step to procure 5 – 10 million doses of the Sinopharm vaccine for the sale in Malaysia. Hope to see the results in August 2021.

1. Jenama vaksin Sinopharm yang hendak didaftarkan oleh Kanger (jenama Hayat-Vax) lain dengan jenama vaksin yang akan diedarkan oleh Dpharma (jenama Covilo).

2. Kanger telah dilantik sebagai wakil pendaftaran untuk produk itu bagi dikemukakan kepada NPRA. Contohnya, Janssen oleh JJ yang dikeluarkan JJ di Belgium didaftarkan atas nama Johnson & Johnson Sdn. Bhd, satu wakil syarikat JJ di Malaysia.

3. Berdasarkan laporan, Kanger telah membuat permohonan kepada NPRA sebagai "product registration holder" yang dilantik oleh pengeluar iaitu G42 dari UAE.

4. Dikatakan Hayat vaksin ialah keluaran kerjasama antara pengeluar Sinopharm dan G42 di UAE.

Earlier this year, Sinopharm entered into a joint venture with UAE-based G42 to produce the Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccines in the country under the Hayat-Vax brand.

The made-in-UAE vaccine was the first Covid-19 vaccine to be produced in the Arab world.

"The Hayat-Vax vaccine is essentially the same Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine, manufactured in the UAE. Hence, we are confident that it will be well-received and accepted by the Malaysian people as an effective vaccine towards the global fight against the Covid-19 pandemic," said Kuah.

Kanger has also been authorised by G42 to be the product registration holder and distributor of the Hayat-Vax vaccine in Malaysia.

On behalf of G42 Medications, Kanger said it had submitted applications to obtain the required approvals from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency for the Hayat-Vax vaccine to be used in Malaysia.

MZM, thanks for the informative update! May be I'm optimistic in nature, but looks like Kanger should be able to clear both 1&2. Can clear 1 because Zuellig is a pharmaceutical company. Can clear 2 because Hayat-vax is a different brand from Covilo, as you noted. Point 3 is correct at this point in time. Once Kanger/Zuellig application is approved, revised point 3 will read as:
3. KJ umum .....Covilo ialah dpharma, Hayat-vax ialah Zuellig/Kanger?
Really make no sense to delay Hayat-vax (and all other approved vaccines) further....just let them in to save lives! Let's pray hard the authorities concerned have the common sense!
