KANGER had done the following:

1. Acquired properties from Aset Kayamas.
2. Had RM1.0 billion worth of construction projects on hand (potentially from Aset Kayamas).
3. Acquired 51% of Sung Master, who supplies to Aset Kayamas.
4. Emergence of new substantial shareholder which is expected to be PAC from Aset Kayamas end.

Definitely something interesting is brewing in KANGER side for now.

@MZM2511, some times ago you suspected the huge number in "Loss on foreign exchange - unrealised RM 595,085 (000). I think you're right: it's a typo and there might be other typos. My checking shows if 595, 085(000) is replaced by (2519 (000)), then the Operating loss before working capital changes is (28,578), as claimed. But if the loss on foreign exchange must be a positive number, then there must be at least another typo in the report.
(I am confident about my claim although I never studied accounting because I tested my understanding using the 31 DEC 2021 account and the numbers added up correctly there!)

Have all of the expenses associated with the disposal of the bamboo business been accounted for in a number of quarterly reports, including the most recent QR?

If this is the case, the upcoming quarterly reports may not be burdened by significant other operating expenses, which result in huge losses in the P&L records.

I think the prospect for turnround to be realised in the near future will be influenced by:
1. Whether all the of expenses related to the disposal of bamboo business has been accounted for in a number of quarterly reports include the last QR. If yes, the in coming quarterly reports maybe will not be burdened by high other operating expenses which makes the P&L records a huge losses.

2. The revenue from contruction business grows tremendously. Its order book contract reported almost one RM1 billion. The challenge for the company is whether it can makes profit from the increasing revenue from construction segment ???
