Wait for directors to announce more MOUs, HOAs to excite and attract more newcomers to the stock.

Be prepared for possibility of directors raising more fund via share issuance to PP, ESOS resulting in dilution of shareholders equity % and EPS .

If in RM terms, 0.05 is 5 sen. 0.005 is 0.5 sen.
For example:
RM1.00 is 100 sen
1.00 or RM1.00 is 100 sen
0.50 or RM0.50 is 50 sen
0.10 or RM0.10 is 10 sen
0.01 or RM0.01 is 1 sen
0.001 0r RM0.001 is 0.1 sen
0.005 or RM0.005 is 0.5 sen or HALF SEN

Therefore: 0.005 sen = 5 sen as you wrote is wrong.... It should be written 0.05 = 5 sen. He He

The problem is you are not so clear in the decimal point concept and wrongly use the units sign, whether it's RM or sen.

= RM439,119,000 - RM90,228,000 - RM96,294,000
= RM252,597,000

NTA per share = NTA / NOSH
= NTA / (weighted average number of ordinary shares)
= RM252,597,000 / 4,402,891,000
= RM0.0573. (Based on 4.402 bil shares and as reported in 3QR 2022 which the QR ended on 31 Dis 2021).

If we consider the NOSH reduced by 10 : 1, means the real NTA after considering the reduced NOSH by ten times should be at RM0.573.

But is it possible for the share price to go even lower?

In my opinion, the chances are close to NIL.

There are a few reasons to support the statement.

The first one being all negative news or impact had already been factored into the share price. Remember, the stock market always reflects the future but not only the current performance of any company. Hence, the market may have factored in negative implications onto Kanger’s share price already.

Secondly, we see significantly drop in traded volume over the past few trading days. This indicates an end of selling over the company’s shares. I mean, if you look closely on the company’s chart, it is obvious that the selling is over.

And lastly, Kanger’s NTA, or net assets is overwhelming their current share price and/or market capitalization. Do you remember there is an investment over hundreds of properties by Kanger to purchase Aset Kayamas Genting projects? By now, the property prices are likely to increase by at least 20% to 30% already as they acquired the properties during the market’s worse.

Basically, the share price of Kanger had already situated at an extreme low level now. If you are thinking of buying any shares of the company, the time is now!
