Sold my ioipg-or, think of it as a dividend. Will buy back ioipg only if the price is below my equivalent selling price. I hate to do all the paperwork in application.

Is it right for a company to issue rights at a much lower price at 1.38? usually rights are issue at a fixed higher price in the future so it means management is confident mother share will be higher than the rights price.. but this... no comment.

If Im not wrong, say 4 shares give you one rights of 1.38. So taking 5 days average price at 2.07 before Ex multiply with 4, then deduct 1.38 and divide with 4 again. The mother shares is actually now just worth RM1.725... It means the rights have diluted the mother share value to that.. correct me if im wrong... just curious.
