You can find info on unsold inventory in the Annual Report. It's reported in the note for Inventories, being part of the "completed development properties"

Insider info may or may not be true.

Even if the info is true, the timing could be wrong. Good news may coincide with a market crash.

Even if both info and timing are right, it could still be difficult to judge how much of the good news has already been priced in. We often see a good quarterly result being followed by sell down.

insider info, news or no news, the technical indicators are very strong yesterday, a gap up with huge volume, + 3 white candles, a close of 1.25-1.28 ish today with around 5 million volume will still keep the uptrend intact... currently under selling pressure, will the 1.22 support hold until 12.30

thanks Val, this is a god-level analysis, apart from the knee-jerk on the 2nd half yesterday, the price and volume matched exactly as on today 1st half. so the uptrend is intact.

can it close at 131 today with 10 million volume.... the good thing with the current uptrend is, on a daily basis, profit taking is happening... so the buy/sell is actually quite balanced.. and it's not a big pump, and then suddenly a very big selloff. Closing 130+ today will still support the uptrend.

in times like this, you really need to be certain of what you're buying.
Sure got vaccine news, but besides vaccine. Fundamentally, IOIPG earned 3.49 in its latest quarter.. this is with the IOI MALL and IOI Hotels not doing well.

3.49*4*10 = This alone, is worth 1.40

Assuming property business maintain performance, and mall + hotel recover after vaccine, easily EPS is 3.8*4*10 = 1.52

If you add vaccine as another 10cent, 1.62

My above calculation is with just PE 10 ya, if u multiply PE 12, it'll be easily RM 2. But the question is, can you wait until then... or should you wait until then
