What is this mean?

FINANCIAL EFFECTS AND SOURCE OF FUNDING

The PA and SCA is not expected to have any immediate material effect on the earnings per share,
net assets per share and gearing of the Bioalpha Group for the financial year ending 31 December
2020 as this Project will be funded through internally generated funds.
