Ya, he bot in Nov and again today making him holding 21m warrant or 15.9% of total warrant. He has spent RM105K to purchase those warrant. I hope he is into something real please, benefial to us.

The price may shot up to above 0.25 if he buy 21m shares from open market, so the only way is to convert.

William bought warrants because he has a lot money to convert to mother, when he convert to mother indirectly he pump cash into the company, he believes in Bio potential / value in future maybe bio can give dividend who knows

that way we need to monitor how many warrant they bought, they may goreng more that 0.250, sell off the share on hand and use the gain covert the warrant to mother by top up 0.22, they still earning, FIFO

Director pump own money and not via proxy is always a good thing, shows his confidence in the company (can be a show also, if stock market is so predictable then everyone earn big already).

Not necessary going to goreng because catalysts etc not there... some more next year stamp duty is more costly for the big guys...

If based on previous price spike during July 2020 which shoots ~3 times in just a few days, likely that time the public shareholding is very low and the operator could be some player from China because of the 2billion MYR contract acting as catalyst.

Since there is way more public and director shareholdings now, coupled with costlier transaction fees starting January next year, the more reasonable way for price to move up is the company's future earnings. Of course anyone can just say goreng then goreng la, why need so many factors/reasons...

Also not sure if anyone notices it, but recently operators allow lesser transaction volume to move price up/down few bids compared to months ago...

Conversion of warrant must be a reason, can it be interpreted as increase % in shareholding to control the management in decision making etc without giving prior notice to other shareholder.

open market lagi cheaper, why buy warrant to convert leh...if he converted..then the avg cost at stock in hand should ard 0.175-0.185+- (assume that he already sold some ard 0.300-0.375, and collected some at 0.180+-), still collecting mode

假如散户看见威廉转换凭单至母股。
散户都会认为母股其实是值高于22仙，散户就会买入母股。
凭单拥有者会转换凭单,还剩下几天，有点迟了。
为什么庄家不现在拉高股价？
1. 让凭单拥有者的凭单自动消失，没人转换凭单，股票稀释就没那么严重，毕竟哪个傻逼会用22仙来转换？除了威廉。
2. 现阶段庄家可能还在收集票，要收多久我不清楚，但估计没那么快，毕竟要拉升股价还需要利好消息，可能是下个QR吧。
以上是个人愚见，希望大家可以分享意见。

Warrant already expired. Now can buy BIO PA if expect the mother to go up because lower entry cost compare to mother. Higher return if mother move.
