1.) Why bought into a company that is losing money for two consecutive years?

2.) Why paid 30¢ when it is way above market price?

William got back his 150 mil shares under ESOS at 14 sen per share. Not sure how JOE will profit from 150 mil shares purchase at 30 sen from William. Maybe there were secret arrangement between those two. I just hope it will be goreng soon..above 20 is good enough, if reach JOE's price, then it's bull's eye.

Anyway, looking at the bright side. Shanghai's Covid-19 situation is improving. Opening up businesses more will have a positive effect on Bio's new venture with Suzhou MS. Probably we will see something good coming soon
