at this price of 0.225 is still considered cheap and low price, thus the risk of downside is lower.. 6% of warrant around 0.10 is not a big amt for William as you can simply add up the amt of share bought by him few mths back when the share price still at 0.24

What If Mr Williams today buy Mother (how we know ? we cannot know but announcement only can appear few days later) , so if your tomorrow Panic and sell Warrant so he still have choice to decide buy cheap warrant or not ? if mothers going up , WA will going up too and he may sell WA again.
