（吉隆坡6日讯）科鼎控股（BIOHLDG，0179，创业板消费品组）冲高回落，周一面对沉重卖压，挫1.5仙。

科鼎控股周一盘中一度高开至28仙后，在套利唆使下，由升转跌，尾盘挂25仙，全天跌1.5仙，成交量报8682万9200股，为全场第五大热门股。

大众研究表示，基于该股已经涨至早前预期的价位，建议投资者先行套取部份利润。

大众早前以技术层面分析，认为该股阻力为24仙。

随着该股突破24仙，下一阻力落在28.5仙。大众提醒，该公司扶持点为24仙，止损价为23.5仙。

科鼎控股于2015年4月上市，提供一站式的保健品制造。

联昌研究表示，该公司旗下业务属于出口，特别是来自中国与印尼的销售，可提振营业额成长，并将该公司列为小资本首选股之一。

溫世麟：科鼎控股價量齊升 母股憑單值得留意

科鼎控股（BIOHLDG，0179，創業板消費）憑單科鼎控股-WA（BIOHLDG-WA）帶領母股創下成交量高峰。

該公司的憑單和母股在上週五的交易量都破了1億股。其中才剛于1月10日在大馬股票交易所上市的科鼎控股-WA創下了1億3330萬股的交易，相等于該憑單發行總數1億3333萬單位的接近100%。

母股交易量在上週五則佔了發行總數8億股的16.2%。科鼎控股在上週五是以26.5仙結束交易，科鼎控股-WA則收18.5仙。

科鼎控股的主要業務是製造及銷售半成品和成品保健品，包括加工藥材，配料配方，功能性食品，及草藥和非草藥補充劑。

在截至2016年12月31日的財政年，科鼎控股營業額增長61%至4772萬令吉，比2015年的2972萬大幅度增加。該公司在2006年的淨利也成長30%至883萬令吉。

科鼎控股在業績報告表示，營業額成長主要歸功于今年年初收購的藥劑連鎖店。科鼎控股印尼廠房已竣工並預料在未來成長可觀。

該集團的中國市場成長也毫不遜色，導致公司對業績進一步成長持有信心。

科鼎控股-WA目前的溢價達52.8%。該憑單的引伸波幅也達到82.5%比母股歷史波幅高，這意味著科鼎控股-WA估價不低。

該憑單的有效槓桿只達1.24倍，意味該憑單在母股上升時理論上會取得比母股高24%的回報率，其實並不太吸引人。

對科鼎控股股價看好的朋友在這個階段的價位，或許應該直接買進母股。

Wen Shilin: Ke Ding holding price Qi Sheng Maternal voucher worth noting

KeHing Holdings (BIOHLDG-WA) led the stock market to a high volume.

The company's vouchers and maternal stocks broke 100 million shares on Friday's trading volume. Which was just in the January 10 listed on the Bursa Securities listed on the branch-holding a -33 333 million shares of the transaction, equivalent to the total number of the issuance of 138.33 million units close to 100%.

Branch Ding holding -WA current premium of 52.8%. The voucher's implied volatility also reached 82.5% higher than the historical amplitude of the parent shares, which means that the tripod holding-WA valuation is not low.

The effective leverage of the voucher is only 1.24 times, which means that the voucher in the rise of the stock will be theoretically achieved 24% higher than the rate of return of shares, in fact, is not attractive.

On the branch of the holdings of shares optimistic about the price of friends at this stage, perhaps should buy directly into the parent shares.
