（吉隆坡9日讯）马拉科夫（MALAKOF,5264,主板贸服组）旗下丹绒宾能源有限公司（TBE）今年有望恢复正常产量，马银行研究决定调高其盈利预测。

丹绒宾能源停工
应收账款减1.2亿

马银行依据能源委员会（EC）记录，TBE在2017年仅营运了65%天数，低于正常的85%天数，因此该行预测，丹绒宾能源停工导致马拉科夫减少了1亿2000万令吉的应收账款。

2017年3至5月期间，丹绒宾能源面对停产而需要安排维修；同年11月，因管道面对泄漏问题，导致发电厂再度停工，直至今年1月为止。

马银行补充，丹绒宾能源及曼绒4号厂是使用Alstom（现为通用电器）的设备，而曼绒5号厂则是使用日立（Hitachi）设备。

马银行说，能源委员会数据显示，截至今年2月22日，火炭发电厂的放电深度（DoD）增加了7个基点，若T B E已恢复正常生产，那么T B E不可再面对任何停工，产能方符合全面投运。

马银行参考2017年数据，假设丹绒宾能源少收1000万令吉的应收款项，那么马拉科夫净利将减少2.4%或800万令吉。

马银行调整丹绒宾能源的财务估值，预期马拉科夫可获得更多应收款项，并认列在盈利，因此调高马拉科夫2018至2020财政年的盈利预测6至7%，分别为3亿1900万、3亿5800万和3亿3310万令吉。

马银行认为马拉科夫的高周息率是最大吸引力，估计达7至8%，即使丹绒宾能源应收款比预期少，周息率还是超越6%，因此维持“买进”评级，保持1令吉15仙目标价不变。
