LaoLiu sifu, I just finished selling the last one 144. Gao dim. Con under the sun dangerous lar... NTA 33 sen niah. wait until cow come back oso dunno can cover that hole or not. earn a little bit kasi lari. It is very much depend on the Penggoreng now. Influence by target price RM1.59 and positive prospect. Big fish starts goreng Suncon everyday. EPS Q1: 2.66sen, Q2: 2.92sen; Q3: 1.98sen; the annualized EPS is 10.08sen, based on the latest share price RM1.45, PE is 14.4 (overvalued). It can't compared to construction peer - Gamuda which not only construction business, they also manage the highway. It is normal market to give PE 16.

Hi tksw, low NTA is also an issue, but is not the most important for comparison in pure construction company. Normally, NTA suitable used for banking, property, mining and palm oil company.

Yes, they should announce double or triple dividend this year. They win so many mega projects and pre-qualified to bid for work packages for the RM16 billion MRT2 above-ground works, RM16.1 billion Pan Borneo Highway Sarawak portion, RM5.3 billion SUKE, and RM4.2 billion DASH projects.

Because it is in 20.00% dividend, you need to multiply by par value. 20%x0.2 =0.04 cent
If 0.2 cent dividend, you don’t need to multiply by par value.
