meaning now is close period.. the principal office of the company is director, GM, agm, cfo would like to either sell or buy shares in the market.. so they need to give notice and announcements is made to bursa...

The new MD suppose to say rivals causing delay when they complete projects awarded causing gov to waste money when bidding for projects eg LRT3.

Latest qtr EPS 2.92sen. If annualized EPS is 11.68 sen. If take fair PE 13 Suncon fair value is RM 1.52 so still a good buy now.

During the last Sunway Managers conference held in Sunway convention hall on 6th November. Tan Sri mentioned that very likely Suncon will secure up to 3.5b new projects involving MRT, LRT & BRT in coming year.
