This is november effect (volatility from early nov, mid nov until end nov)..all are NEGATIVE since 2010 which is we are so percaya with all the QE and janji janji manismu..either Dracula, Transformer, FOMC etc etc...end up..DATA never lie..:)

Relatively FBMKLCI from 1994 until 2014, the volatility is about +/- 117.84 and on average 12 year are in RED with -41.52 is the average and 9 years was in GREEN with +49.19.
Therefore if we took 1658 was the lowest so far , 1698 is the far it can goes. While definitely if we deduct that 1658 to -41.52 , 1616.48 still reachable this month.

lets do some reverse thinking..maybe the technical rebound from 1658 to 1687 today is actualy to avoid 1640-1644 assuming DJIA pullback tonight or DJIA Futures around 4pm malaysia time today will see some RED..:)...just my wild guess again..
