from hourly observations candle bar is a bullish pin and it reside above SMA 20 and 40 movement.As at now it is bullish.31100 is a resistance and pivot point.

Usually cheap price = the gearing gap is high = you need to wait a longer time/pts to hit the next bid. Am I get ur question correctly?
