Following the resumption of the Contract announced on 3 May 2019, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that HSSI has on 23 September 2019 entered into a Consultancy Agreement with China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn Bhd revising the Contract. However, there is no change in HSSI’s scope of services and the estimated value of the revised Contract remains at RM82.5 million.

HEB wishes to announce that its associate company, HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd ("HSSI"), had on 20 September 2019 accepted a Letter of Appointment dated 13 September 2019 from Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (“Client”) appointing HSSI to provide Project Delivery Management Office for all development projects by the Client within the Northern Corridor Economic Region (“Contract”).

The Contract, with an estimated contract value of RM16.8 million, commenced from 17th September 2019 and is expected to complete within the first quarter of 2022.

HSSI received a LOA from Iskandar Regional Development Authority to provide Detailed Design and Construction Supervision Services for the first BRT project in Johor for RM71.3 million.

The works will commence in 4Q19, and is expected to be completed by 1Q23.

This project win brings the Group's total gross contracts secured for the year to RM210 million.
