if you drive around kampar (especially that new area across the bridge), fuiyo...alot of shops don't dare to open...

Disney Avenue，很美，但是没人潮，很多店铺没开。马来西亚房地产也低迷也影响了屁疮。金宝太子城热不起第二原因，没土豪商人支撑，只做学生生意。加上经济不好也是一个风险因素。如果开个主题乐园，应该可以逆转当地形势。现在先讲不利消息，迟点到恰当时机，我会讲有利的消息，哈哈哈。

请分析一下。。
新的kampar terminal的前景，大概几时才能够营运，
周围太多商店，但人潮不知道是否足够支撑得到给于商家，
今年不知能够贡献到多少盈利给ptrans

因为据我所知，amanjaya成长开始放缓了，
如果要突破更高的成长盈利是要kampar terminal来推动的

所以，推手 是kampar terminal...
但是它一直迟迟没完工，没开始营业。
是一个问题。
