applepen,我还是打工的，office hour juz work.
上个月我又去金宝实地考察，抓了个工地外劳来问，除了酒店部分以外，其他部分已完工。已经有水电供应。很快可以开始了。不过那个地区治安不大好，还有那里的店铺严重over supply.

其实上面headline ald got pic,i no need share liao.
小弟觉得围绕巴士站的店都不大租得出去，为什么要租里面的？
外面的店铺的确是其他发展商建的。
依我的看法要整个新区旺起来并不是一年半载的事。
现在唯有能做的就是继续收票，哈哈哈

通常都是巴士站里面的会较容易出租，因为人流都在巴士站里面嘛，外围的店铺反而较难出租~

还有看照片，已经建到顶楼了，我家附近的Penang Sentral，之前盖到顶楼，之后内部装横用一、两个月就建好了。如果股价是因为延迟完工而下跌，这个 反而是蛮好的趁底吸纳的机会~
